For more than 10 years we recognize risks and opportunities that are related to Enviromnental, Social and Governance issues, enhancing our efforts towards maximizing our positive and minimizing our negative impact.

Our parent company, Quest Holdings, submitted a consolidated sustainability report for 2024, which is included in the Annual Financial Report 2024, subject to Law 5164/2024 – Government Gazette A’202, which incorporates into Greek legislation Directive (EU) 2022/2464 (CSRD) of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 14 December 2022, amending Regulation (EU) 537/2014, Directive 2004/109/EC, Directive 2006/43/EC, and Directive 2013/34/EU, regarding the submission of sustainability reports by companies (L 322) and Delegated Directive (EU) 2023/2775 of the Commission, of 17 October 2023, amending Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the adjustments of size criteria for very small, small, medium, and large enterprises or groups.”

ESG Group Strategy 2022-2030

As a Group we have formed a 2022 – 2025+ (2030/2050 for the Environment) Sustainable Development Strategy and we are committed to achieve long-term ESG goals concerning the Environment, Society, Corporate Governance and Sustainable Products that are related to our activity.

The Group’s ESG strategy is based on four (4) strategic pillars related to ESG: environment, people, responsible business and sustainable products. The ESG Strategy has been revised for the period 2025-2030 with 9 goals that add further value, differentiate the Group and enhance the sustainable development of its companies.
